Elijah Moore and Devonta Freeman are among the top fantasy football pickups to make ahead of Week 10.

We are past the halfway point of the NFL regular season which means we’re close to the stretch run in fantasy football leagues. With most leagues wrapping up the fantasy regular season in Week 14, there are just five weeks left to help your team get in position to make some noise in the playoffs.

The good news in Week 10 is that there is only one team of fantasy significance on bye in the Cincinnati Bengals, meaning you will need to find a fill-in for Ja’Marr Chase in your lineup. Let’s take a look at the five best pickups of the week, with all rostered percentages provided courtesy of Yahoo Sports.

5. Top fantasy football pickups for Week 10 – Atlanta Falcons WR Russell Gage

One of the bigger developments in terms of fantasy for the Falcons is Calvin Ridley’s decision to step away from football to address his mental health. Ridley is Atlanta’s top receiver so his absence will open up a lot of targets for the rest of the Falcons’ receiving options.

Tight end Kyle Pitts and slash player Cordarrelle Patterson should absorb some but the biggest beneficiary figures to be Russell Gage, who has been a dependable secondary option for the Falcons in recent years. Matt Ryan called Gage’s number eight times against the New Orleans Saints and he caught seven of them for 64 yards.

Injuries have limited Gage to just four games so far this season but he has recorded at least six targets in three of them. Rostered in just 16 percent of Yahoo leagues, Gage is a good option to be a flex play for fantasy owners down the stretch.
