Georgia has looked unbeatable all season behind their historically-great defense and underrated offense and is a big favorite over the Vols. Tennessee hasn’t beaten their SEC East rivals since 2016 but if it happens today, credit Kiffin for being bold enough to say it was going to happen.
He’s a smart man. He knows he can curry a little favor with Vols fans who hate him and showed it by throwing several projectiles on the field during their game last month. If they lose, Vols fans won’t say they jinxed him. But if the Vols do win, maybe he can show his face in Knoxville without fear of having a mustard bottle thrown in his general vicinity.
