DK Metcalf tried to reenter game after being ejected for starting a fight vs. the Packers (Video)

The game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Green Bay Packers got ugly late with DK Metcalf ejected for grabbing two defenders’ facemasks.

DK Metcalf didn’t take losing to the Packers very well.

In the final two minutes of the game, Metcalf got into it with Packers defensive back Henry Black. Instead of leaving it as some jawing back and forth, he grabbed hold of the defender’s facemask.

After Metcalf finally let go of Black’s facemask and players from both teams milled around, he went after another facemask.

It should come as no surprise flags were thrown, with Metcalf’s penalty being offset by a taunting penalty against Darnell Savage. The refs ejected Metcalf.

But wait, there’s more.

Apparently, Metcalf didn’t realize he had been ejected. He tried to get back into the Seahawks huddle and had to be sent away by the refs.

Metcalf can expect to pick up a fine for his actions.

It was a wild scene to end a pretty ugly game in bad weather. Metcalf finished with just three catches for 26 yards. His quarterback, Russell Wilson, threw two interceptions in his return from injury as the Packers’ pass rush made his life more miserable than the cold in Green Bay.

Aaron Rodgers enjoyed a win but didn’t have too much more luck in his first game back from the COVID-19 list. He threw an interception and had no touchdowns.
