The team added veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. a few days before taking heading to San Francisco for a Monday night clash with the rival 49ers. Sean McVay’s club is coming off a disappointing 28-16 home loss to the Titans in which their defense limited Tennessee to only 194 total yards.

The addition of Beckham is timely after the team learned that wide receiver Robert Woods suffered a season-ending knee in practice earlier in the week.

Off a stunning 9-6 loss at Jacksonville in which the team failed to score a touchdown, the Bills made their way to MetLife Stadium for their first meeting of the season with the Jets. And Sean McDermott’s club had their way with New York’s defense to the tune of 489 total yards and six touchdowns.

Josh Allen threw for 366 yards and a pair of touchdowns, picked off Jets’ quarterback Mike White four times and remains unbeaten (3-0) within the AFC East.

It wasn’t so much that the Cowboys lost at home to the Broncos. But the fact that the team trailed 30-0 in the fourth quarter was startling. Now Mike McCarthy’s squad was back at AT&T Stadium to take on the Falcons.

The NFC East leaders dominated in all phases, owning a gaudy 36-3 lead at halftime thanks to 29 points in the second quarter. Ezekiel Elliott and CeeDee Lamb each scored two TDs and the Cowboys blocked a punt for a touchdown.
