24. Haason Reddick
Quality edge rushers always get paid in free agency and thatās the skill that Reddick hangs his hat on year after year. He lacks the size to ever be a dominant run defender, but his improvement at setting the edge wonāt be overlooked by teams interested in signing him.
That shouldnāt confuse the fact that Reddick is at his best when heās allowed to rush the passer with little concern for anything else. He has elite burst off the edge in terms of both quickness and raw speed. He can struggle when tackles do manage to engage him with their hands, but that doesnāt stop him from accruing sacks at an impressive rate.
Reddickās market will be slightly depressed by the reality that heās too small to play as a conventional defensive end on anything other than obvious passing downs. That should limit his market to 3-4 teams who want to keep him on the field for all three downs.
Donāt be surprised if Reddick looks to stay in Carolina with a coach he really trusts. Matt Rhule had him in college and has put him in position to succeed this season. If the Panthers make him a sizeable offer he may choose to stay in his comfort zone.
