Running Back 1: James Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars ($6,400)

James Robinson has been the engine of the Jags’ offense this season. He’s also been the engine of many fantasy teams, as he is currently the 14th-ranked RB in points even after missing a game due to injury and having a bye week. Robinson’s 539 yards are 12th in the league.

Robinson gets a stingy San Francisco defense that has actually been quietly middle of the road against running backs. Even with their Week 10 stomping of the Rams, they are the 23rd-ranked run defense, allowing 122.8 yards per game.

Coming back from injury, Robinson had only a 59% snap share, but he still turned 16 total touches into 84 total yards and a touchdown. Robinson’s snaps will only increase this week, and he’s a good bet to lead our uncanny three-headed monster at running back.

Running Back 2: AJ Dillon, Green Bay Packers ($6,200)

Aaron Jones is expected to miss a couple weeks with an MCL sprain, paving the way for AJ Dillon to be the unquestioned workhorse in Green Bay in his absence. Even when Jones was healthy, the two fell into a timeshare where they would rotate series. Dillon proceeded to turn 23 touches into 128 total yards and two touchdowns.

Dillon’s first full game as the starter couldn’t have come with a better matchup, as the Packers take on the 28th-ranked Minnesota run defense, who allow the eighth-most points to fantasy running backs. Dillon is the second piece in our three-headed monster.
