Mark Ingram makes it two weeks in a row with a touchdown

It may have only been a couple of weeks, but Saints fans have to feel great about Mark Ingram being back with the team. Ingram’s presence has helped provide a spark in the offense as he paired alongside Alvin Kamara.

This past week, the Saints were without Kamara due to a knee injury that held him out of practice leading up to the Titans game. That meant that Ingram slotted in as the top running back on the depth chart, and he made the most of it.

Ingram ran for 14 carries for 47 yards and a touchdown that came on a 13-yard rush with over three minutes remaining in the third quarter. Additionally, Ingram caught four-of-seven targets for 61 yards.

Given that Ingram has been solid since returning to the Saints via a trade with the Houston Texans, we predict that he will score a touchdown for the second-consecutive week.
