The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation has released a statement following the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
In a statement released following the delivery of a verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation pledged to continue working for initiatives that will help the community in which it serves.
The Foundation did not directly explain which initiatives it would be supporting in the statement, but it did state that it would use “a social justice lens” and focus on “programs that aim to level the playing field and invest in community-driven solutions.”
In the statement, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation stated it would “continue to tackle the most pressing problems facing Los Angeles, especially as it relates to access and equality.”

The statement, which was also posted to Twitter and then subsequently deleted from the social media platform, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation pledged to continue working and advocating “for a judicial system that protects the population [it] serves.”
It is not clear why the Foundation decided to delete its post on Twitter while keeping its post on Facebook up.
Friday afternoon, Rittenhouse, 18, was acquitted on all charges in the case against him. For more information on the Rittenhouse case and verdict, click here.
