The college football world is reacting to the Michigan football team beating Ohio State for the first time since 2011 and getting Jim Harbaugh his first win over the Buckeyes.
The Michigan football team finally made it happen. The Wolverines went out and snapped their losing streak against the Ohio State Buckeyes. In incredible fashion and with a lot of effort from running back Hassan Haskins, Michigan went out and beat the Buckeyes 42-27. Jim Harbaugh finally notched a win over Ohio State. He made it happen.
The Game has been lopsided in Ohio State’s favor in this millennium, so any win would be monumental for Michigan. But to win like the Wolverines did, with a strong rushing attack and the ability to consistently reclaim the lead and then steadily build upon it, is impressive.
The third quarter was huge for Michigan as the Wolverines scored two touchdowns there while holding Ohio State off the board.
And at the end of the day, the difference in the final score happened to be a couple of scores.

The Wolverines actually broke through. Ohio State was on an eight-game winning streak over Michigan, but that streak is over now.
This win was huge for Michigan for many reasons, but one notable reason centers around how the Wolverines’ head coach finally managed to get a huge win in this rivalry.
And now Ohio State will be out of the Big Ten Championship Game. They may not be out of the playoff picture just yet, but they can’t win this conference for the first time in what seems like an eternity.
