Master Teague, Sevyn Banks among Ohio State inactives vs. Michigan

Ohio State won’t have Master Teague and Sevyn Banks when the Buckeyes take on the Michigan Wolverines from The Big House in Ann Arbor.

In The Game, Ohio State won’t have Master Teague, Sevyn Banks and Palaie Gaoteote.

There are no game-time decisions about other player availability.

Teague is the third-leading rusher on the team with 348 yards and four touchdowns on 66 carries. His absence could mean a bigger workload for starter TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams.

Ohio State players out for Michigan

On defense, Banks was thought to be a big part of the Ohio State secondary entering the year but he’s had a forgettable year and hasn’t been much of a contributor. Banks has just eight total tackles and one pass defense this year.

Gaoteote also only has eight total tackles.

Will this be the break that Michigan needs to get their first win in a decade against Ohio State?

Unlikely.

These players aren’t difference-makers for Ohio State.

The Ohio State-Michigan game will be on FOX.
