NFL power rankings, Week 13: Patriots roll, Steelers stifled
Bill Belichick’s surging squad brought a five-game losing streak into Sunday’s visit from the Tennessee Titans. And the Patriots continued their solid play on both sides of the ball. While the defense was gashed for 270 yards on the ground, the team came up with four takeaways.
Rookie quarterback Mac Jones threw for 310 yards and connected twice with wide receiver Kendrick Bourne for scores. And Belichick’s team has now surpassed its 2020 win total.
The Green Bay defense was rocked last week in a 34-31 loss at Minnesota. On Sunday against the visiting Rams, Joe Barry’s unit did just enough in terms of making plays. It limited Los Angeles to 68 yards on the ground, sacked quarterback Matthew Stafford twice and forced him into two turnovers.
Aaron Rodgers led an offense that ran 78 plays and gained 399 total yards. And he finished with 307 yards through the air and a pair of touchdown passes.

Kliff Kingsbury’s club entered its off week with the best record in the league and assured of a winning season for the first time since 2015. The NFC West leaders have overcome their share of injuries, especially as of late with the likes of quarterback Kyler Murray and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins missing time.
The Cardinals’ defense has been a pleasant surprise and the club is a perfect 6-0 on the road and 4-0 vs. their divisional rivals this season.
