7. Julio Jones
Julio Jones is one of the most talented receivers to ever play the position. When we discuss the best receivers of the 2010s, Jones is a guy that is always floating around the top three. It was evident how good he was going to be from his rookie season. He had 959 yards and eight touchdowns on 54 catches. If he didn’t miss three games, he would have almost certainly been a Pro Bowler that season.
It was 2012 where Jones really took off, though. He caught 79 passes for nearly 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns and was named a Pro Bowler for the first time in just his second season. Injuries hampered his 2013 campaign, but he has been electric since then. From 2014-19, Jones made six consecutive Pro Bowls and was twice named First-Team All-Pro.
Jones’ best year to date was 2015. He led the NFL in both yards and receptions that season, totaling 136 catches and just under 1,900 yards. He missed two games in 2014, but still had over 1,400 yards and was once again named All-Pro.
While injuries have gotten the best of him the last couple seasons, Jones’ dominance when he was at his peak was special. He is a first-ballot Hall of Famer, and would love to add a Super Bowl ring to his resume.
