Bold Prediction #2: Dak Prescott leads all QBs in points

Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys are getting some major flak for how they have been playing on the field. They’ve lost three of their last four games, with their lone win coming in blowout fashion against the Atlanta Falcons. However, Prescott has been very, very good on the field for fantasy owners this season. Outside of one outlier game against the Kansas City Chiefs and a weird game against the Chargers, Prescott has scored a minimum of 19 points every week this season.

Prescott never actually had one of those weeks where he blew the doors off. Despite having seven games of 20+ points, Prescott has never scored 30 points this season. It really hurts his ceiling when he isn’t able to hit those massive heights some other players have hit. Someone like Lamar Jackson has three games over 30 points this season. Prescott is going to join Jackson by getting north of 30 points this season.

Prescott is playing the New Orleans Saints this week. They have been really bad against quarterbacks as of late. They allowed Josh Allen to get four touchdowns last week, Jalen Hurts to score three rushing touchdowns the week before, and they allowed Matt Ryan to turn back the clock a few weeks ago. Quarterbacks are absolutely slashing the Saints in November. That likely won’t change in December.

CeeDee Lamb says he is returning to the field this week. Amari Cooper should be ready to go as well. Mike McCarthy is going to miss the game, but that should allow Prescott to take a little more control on what he does in the offense. That will lead to a little more stat packing.
