Wide Receivers

Stefon Diggs, Buffalo Bills at Tampa Bay Buccaneers-$8,200

The Bills didn’t abandon the passing game like the Patriots did in bad weather in Week 13, and he did drop a long pass, but Diggs finished with four catches (on seven targets) for 51 yards in the game. Better weather and a better matchup await in Week 14.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are actually in the top half of the league against wide receivers now. But they are still a bottom-half pass defense in a traditional sense, and their offense is lined up to force Josh Allen to throw plenty on Sunday.

A high-scoring game in Tampa on Sunday demands getting a piece of it in DFS. I’ll gladly pay up for Diggs on FanDuel this week.

CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys at Washington Football Team-$7,800

Lamb returned to action in Week 13 against the New Orleans Saints, and finished with seven catches (on 13 targets) for 89 yards. He has at least seven targets in each of the last five games he has finished, with over 80 yards in five of the last six he has finished.

Washington has been a little better lately, but they are still allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers through Week 13. Lamb is a dynamic talent, and Dak Prescott looks his way a lot. Another receiver I’ll willingly pony up for here.

Elijah Moore, New York Jets vs. New Orleans Saints-$6,300

Moore had six receptions for 77 yards (on 12 targets) and a touchdown against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13, as he showed a better connection with Zach Wilson. The rookie out of Ole Miss has at least six targets in seven straight games, with at least eight in four of the last five and more than 60 yards and/or a touchdown in five of six. And Corey Davis (core muscle surgery) is now out for the season.

Moore is in line for plenty of work against a New Orleans Saints defense that’s allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers so far this season. The game script may not necessarily dictate a lot of passing, but a tough Saints’ run defense might. Moore should get the good times going.
