Tiger Woods returning to golf at PNC Championship, playing with Charlie
Tiger Woods has made a decision regarding the PNC Championship and will return to golf less than a year after his car accident to play alongside Charlie.
While apparently getting the itch as the host of the Hero World Challenge, a tournament Tiger Woods hosts, the legendary golfer reportedly was considering a return to golf for the first time since his February car accident at the PNC Championship, an event he played last year as a partner with his son, Charlie.
On Wednesday, we got the official word.
Tiger Woods will return to golf at the 2021 PNC Championship, again playing alongside Charlie, the first time he’ll play competitively since suffering a horrific leg injury in the accident, which came on the heels of him having back surgery as well.
This is a triumphant moment for Tiger and the golfing world and will make the PNC Championship can’t-miss TV.
