The Dallas Cowboys should get some welcome reinforcements on defense against Washington with Randy Gregory and Neville Gallimore on the mend.
The Cowboys‘ offense could be missing an important cog with Tony Pollard in doubt for Sunday’s battle with Washington.
However, it’s not all bad news for Mike McCarthy and company because the defense is about to get two key starters back from injury.

That’s big for the Cowboys defense as the team looks to get back on track after a rough patch. They’ve lost three of their last five games. Gregory missed four of those games with a calf strain.
After a win over the Saints last weekend, a second win in a row over Washington would ease concerns as the season enters the final stretch.
Before his injury, Gregory had five sacks, 12 QB hits and two forced fumbles in just seven games.
Gallimore hasn’t played all season because of an elbow injury. The nose tackle started nine games last season as a rookie and should beef up the Cowboys defensive front with his presence.
Adding Gregory and Gallimore to the lineup could result in some serious improvement for Dallas in the pass rush alone.
The Cowboys have an opportunity over the next three weeks to push forward in the NFC with games against Washington sandwiching a trip to New York to face the Giants.
