The Jacksonville Jaguars must start looking around for a new head coaching candidate as Urban Meyer continues to struggle.
With Urban Meyer drawing more criticism for off-the-field issues while also failing to find a way to win, itās past time for the Jacksonville Jaguars to consider moving on from their struggling head coach.
As his stint in the NFL continues to get uglier and more controversial, itās starting to become clear that Meyerās time as the head coach of an NFL team will probably be coming to an end sooner rather than later.
It seems like itās time to move on.
Things continue to get weird with Meyer in charge and it doesnāt appear as if the Jaguars will ever be able to find consistent success under his leadership. Given how the Jaguars have a quarterback who appears to be a transcendent talent, itās imperative that they find a head coach who can deliver wins to make the most of Trevor Lawrenceās career.
So, where should the Jaguars turn to replace Meyer?

Kellen Moore
One coach whose name has received some buzz lately is Kellen Moore, the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys.
Moore, who has been able to aid Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, is currently designing one of the best offenses in the NFL. His time in Dallas is putting Prescott and company in position to have some postseason success and itās also making Moore someone fans clamor for whenever a head coaching job comes available.
While his overall lack of coaching experience is something to keep in mind, Mooreās offense would be thrilling for Lawrence to play in. Plus, having a dangerous offense can always improve a teamās chances of winning.
The Jaguars would need to commit to winning with Moore as their head coach and Jacksonvilleās front office would need to make moves that reflect that, but theyāll need to do that with anyone who steps in after Meyer eventually does leave.
Itās worth wondering if theyāre willing to do that for a coach this young or if they want someone with a little more experience.
