8. Kamari Wilson: S, IMG Academy, Fort Pierce, FL (No. 28 nationally, No. 2 position, No. 5 state)

Kamari Wilson will be one of the biggest names committing on Early Signing Day this Wednesday. He will be committing on ESPN at 4:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 15. Wilson has taken official visits to five schools, but it is likely coming down to either Georgia or Texas A&M for him. All eight predictions made by the 247Sports staff have the five-star safety out of the IMG Academy going to Georgia.

Again, with Texas A&M defensive coordinator Mike Elko leaving College Station to take over the helm at Duke, that hurts the Aggies’ chances of landing him. While Georgia also lost its defensive coordinator to a Power Five head-coaching gig, the Dawgs still have ace recruiter and defensive backs coach Jahmile Addae on staff as his primary recruiter. He could follow Dan Lanning, though.

Prediction: Georgia

7. Josh Conerly Jr.: OT, Rainier Beach, Seattle, WA (No. 23 nationally, No. 3 position, No. 1 state)

Josh Conerly Jr.‘s recruitment will be one of the most fascinating heading into National Signing Day. Though he may not commit on Wednesday, the five-star offensive lineman from Seattle is drawing interest from traditional powers all across the country. He is looking at these seven schools for his commitment: Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, USC and Washington.

Conerly has taken an official visit to Michigan, which seems like the biggest threat to pry him out of Washington State. Though he is in the Huskies’ backyard, Washington has a largely new staff with Kalen DeBoer taking over for an ineffective Jimmy Lake. While the Huskies still have a chance to get him, Michigan being in the College Football Playoff does make going to Ann Arbor appealing.

Prediction: Michigan
