Buffalo Bills fans have used their anger at refs to do some good for many after blown calls in their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Buffalo Bills have one of the most passionate and intense fanbases throughout the NFL. It shouldn’t be surprising that they’d be incensed with the referees who called the Bills’ game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The game was, well, controversial, to say the least. The Buccaneers came out on top and many Bills fans weren’t thrilled.
But rather than just simply complain and moan on social media, Bills fans are doing something positive with their anger. They’ve taken their frustrations, are pointing out how their favorite team may have been screwed over, and now they’re raising money for the visually impaired.
Specifically, Bills fans partnered with Visually Impaired Advancement, an organization in Buffalo, New York.
Thank you, #BillsMafia members, for donating $17!

While we recognize that NFL referees are not visually impaired, $17 makes an impact on VIA to help individuals who are visually impaired. If you would like to donate to VIA, go to https://t.co/YzjDkTzPaH.#LetsGoBuffalo pic.twitter.com/uCCT1pDBgb

That’s just flat out incredible. And it’s also a great way to troll NFL refs in the process. Hats off to the Bills fans who were able to go out and do some good with this opportunity.
