25. Tyus Jones (2014-2015)

While his time in Durham was short, he made the absolute most of it and etched his name in Duke history. Tyus Jones came to Duke with a stacked recruiting class that included Jahlil Okafor, Justise Winslow, and Grayson Allen — the Blue Devils had a very good team during Jones’ lone season in 2014-15.

Jones averaged 11.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.6 assists, and 1.5 steals per game during his time with Duke, which was good enough for the ACC All-Freshman team, the All-ACC third team, and the reason he’s as high as he is on this list is because of the fact that he was named the Most Outstanding Player for the 2015 NCAA Tournament as he helped the Blue Devils win their fifth National Championship.

Jones left Duke for the NBA Draft after only one season, he was selected 24th overall by the Minnesota Timberwolves. He now plays for the Memphis Grizzlies, and over the course of his seven seasons in the NBA he has averaged 7.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game.
