1. New York Jets (4% rostered) vs. JAC

A few weeks ago I would not have thought it possible to recommend the New York Jets defense here. But over the last three weeks, the Jets defense has stabilized significantly. 6.0 fantasy football points per game, six sacks, two interceptions, and one defensive touchdown rank them in the middle of the league.

Week 16’s opponent, the Jacksonville Jaguars, are the NFL’s worst team but feature only the fifth-worst defense over the last three weeks. During that time, the Jaguars have allowed an average of 8.7 fantasy football points to opposing defenses, eight sacks, two fumble recoveries, and four interceptions.

That makes the New York Jets defense the real Fantasy Football secret pick for Week 16.
