Illinois: Donovan McNabb

Donovan McNabb was one of the best quarterbacks of the 2000s. He made five consecutive Pro Bowls from 2000-04. During his tenure in Philadelphia, he led the Eagles to multiple NFC Championship Games and one Super Bowl appearance.

Fans were up and down with McNabb, but that’s Philly sports fans in a nutshell. While McNabb never delivered a Super Bowl to the franchise, he is still undoubtedly the best quarterback in their history. He was traded to rival-Washington after the 2009 season, and retired after the 2011 season in which he spent with the Vikings.

Indiana: Jay Cutler

Larry Bird, the Indianapolis Colts, and the guy who dumped Tomi Lahren- this is your legacy, Indiana.

Jay Cutler is better than people like to remember. He was a solid starting quarterback for both the Broncos and Bears. He probably would have led Denver to multiple postseason appearances if Josh McDaniels didn’t trade him away for Kyle Orton and Jesus’ favorite quarterback from Florida.

He led the Bears to multiple playoff runs, including an NFC Championship Game which, alright fair enough, he sat out the second half when he probably could have played but that’s beside the point.
