Mike Glennon collects millions of dollars to be a walking defeat at 6-foot-6

There is not a worse watch in the NFC right now than the New York Giants. Committed to Joe Judge and Daniel Jones for another year for some reason, fans of the G-Men have every right to punt on this organization and pick a new team to cheer for. In the meantime, Giants fans must do everything in their power not to gouge their eyeballs out watching Mike Glennon play quarterback.

Elite at being tall, Glennon continues to be a walking defeat that makes millions of dollars to still have a job in this league. He completed 4-of-11 yards for 24 yards, no touchdowns and two picks. While he did have one splendid carry for 13 yards, he lost 34 yards on four sacks. So he accounted for -10 yards passing on the day. Glennon also fumbled the ball four times and lost two of them.

To think a decade ago this guy was good enough to force Russell Wilson to transfer from North Carolina State to Wisconsin is just unfathomable at this point. At this juncture, it doesn’t matter. Give the Giants fans what they want, which is a token Jake Fromm start because anything and everything is better than watching Glennon trying to play quarterback in Freddie Kitchens’ system.

If you spend a single second watching the Giants play next week, you are clearly addicted to pain.
