NFL Power Rankings: Week 18

. 9-7. Previous: . Indianapolis Colts. 9. team. 46

Frank Reich’s team could wrap up a playoff berth with a victory over the visiting Raiders. And it was another solid outing for running back Jonathan Taylor, who totaled 20 carries for 108 yards and one score.

Carson Wentz had a rough week entering this game and threw for only 148 yards. His TD pass to T.Y. Hilton was courtesy of a fortunate bounce. And despite picking off Derek Carr twice, the Indianapolis’ defense gave up too many big passing plays.

Previous: . Cincinnati Bengals. 8. team. 56. . 10-6

With a victory, the Bengals would clinch their first division title and playoff berth since 2015. But it wouldn’t be easy as they hosted the red-hot Chiefs. Zac Taylor’s club would trail 14-0 but the Cincinnati defense would hold the AFC West champions to a field goal in the second half.

Meanwhile, Joe Burrow was hot again, throwing for 446 yards and four touchdowns. And electrifying rookie Ja’Marr Chase hauled in 11 passes for 266 yards and three TDs.

7. team. 48. . 12-4. Previous: . Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers made their way north to MetLife Stadium to take on the last-place Jets. There was drama both on the sidelines (Antonio Brown) and late in the fourth quarter.

With just over two minutes to play and zero timeouts, quarterback Tom Brady marched his team 93 yards on nine plays and threw the game-winning TD pass (33 yards) to wideout Cyril Grayson. After the game, head coach Bruce Arians announced that Brown was “no longer a Buc.”
