2. Byron Leftwich

Next up on the list, we’ve of course got to bring up Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant Byron Leftwich. Similar to Quinn, Leftwich is also going to be a hot target for teams ready to try and bring in a new head coach.

Leftwich has a Super Bowl to his name, helping the Bucs get that job done last winter. Now, with Leftwich still running the offense, Tampa Bay is ready to try and defend its title next month as well. Will they get that job done?

Regardless of how things turn out, Leftwich has made it more than clear he’s ready to try and run his own team. If Denver isn’t the one to give him a shot, he very well could be offered that kind of a gig elsewhere.

With Denver featuring so much young talent on both sides of the ball, Leftwich could be the guy to help develop them and also get Denver back to a high level of competition. Fans are getting sick and tired of all the losing, while watching Kansas City go on to do big things. Leftwich is most certainly a guy to keep an eye on moving forward for the Broncos.
