Look: Andrew Luck looks unrecognizable after dramatic weight loss
By John Buhler
Andrew Luck is totally unrecognizable, as the former Indianapolis Colts and Stanford Cardinal quarterback lost so much weight in retirement.
When people saw that 30-something skinny dad-looking guy on ESPN shortly before kickoff, it turns out that was Andrew Luck.
Luck has been completely out of the public spotlight since abruptly retiring from football before the 2019 NFL season. The former Indianapolis Colts and Stanford Cardinal quarterback was just elected into the College Football Hall of Fame. With the national championship game between Alabama and Georgia in hid adopted hometown of Indianapolis, look who made an appearance.
This is what naturally lanky people look like when they stomp lifting weights and pounding protein shakes because their football days are over with. Luck went all Joe Thomas on us, now didn’t he?
Andrew Luck is totally unrecognizable at the national championship game
Luck retired from football at 29-years-old after his body took a beating during his brief, but brilliant NFL career with the Colts. He loved to compete, but the mental and physical strain of having to go through rehab after rehab was too much

Though a very likable guy, Luck was never a lightning rod for the media and never craved the attention that came with being arguably the best quarterback of his grade.

With more money than he would know what to do with, Luck can go into anonymity and life out the rest of his life in peace if he so chooses.
Even though Luck was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and the national championship was being played at Lucas Oil Stadium, it was still shocking to see him on camera.
Luck goes down as an all-time great college quarterback and an all-time talent at the NFL level.
