LaVar Arrington, Andrew Luck, Rashaan Salaam headline 2022 College Football Hall of Fame class
By John Buhler
LaVar Arrington, Andrew Luck and Rashaan Salaam headline the College Football Hall of Fame class for 2022.
The College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2022 has been announced with the likes of former Penn State linebacker LaVar Arrington, Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck and Colorado Buffaloes running back Rashaan Salaam headlining the class of 18 players and three head coaches.
Arrington has long been a candidate for enshrinement but finally got the nod this year. Luck had only recently retired from playing for the Indianapolis Colts, so he got in rather quickly. As for Salaam, it was long overdue, but unfortunately, it will be posthumous enshrinement for the only Heisman Trophy winner in Colorado history. He is the only Heisman winner getting in this year.
