WWE fans watching the National Championship Game hype video for Alabama vs. Georgia had to be pleasantly surprised to see Sasha Banks front and center.

If there were any WWE or pro wrestling fans getting hyped up for the National Championship Game between Alabama and Georgia, they were likely just college football fans looking to take a break on Monday from the squared circle. However, they also got a nice treat.

With ESPN and both teams releasing hype videos for the game. And wrestling fans saw a familiar face in the College Football Playoff promo that ESPN dropped.

Namely, the hype video had WWE superstar Sasha Banks as the proverbial lead for the nearly 3-minute video to get fans hyped up for the game.

Now, this is obviously not the ost notable acting credit that Sasha Banks has on her growing résumé.

The five-time Raw Women’s Champion also appeared in two episodes of Disney’s The Mandalorian in season 2. However, it’s still quite a treat for wrestling fans to see her pop up ahead of the biggest college football game of the year — particularly with two massive fanbases like Alabama and Georgia getting eyes on her.

With the opportunities that Banks is now starting to get outside of the ring, it’ll be highly interesting to see where her career goes from her.
