The Philadelphia Eagles have a big decision to make this offseason regarding Jalen Hurts.
While the Philadelphia Eagles arrived a bit early this season, they were utterly flightless on Super Wild Card Weekend because of the horrendous play of second-year quarterback Jalen Hurts.
While they did not really have a chance going up against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers at their place, the offense was nothing short of pitiful. The game was already way out of hand before the Eagles finally struck pay dirt. Head coach Nick Sirianni may want to see what Hurts can do for one more year, but good luck selling that to rabid Eagles fans.
If the Eagles want to look at trading their starting quarterback in back-to-back years, here are three teams that make a ton of sense as a potential trade partner.

Are the Eagles willing to get into the Deshaun Watson business this offseason?
Would the Eagles really want to dip into the murky waters and deal for Deshaun Watson of the Houston Texans? Sirianni saw what he can do first-hand from his time on Frank Reich’s Indianapolis Colts staff in the AFC South. Hurts has talent, but Watson offers more. However, that talent does come with some major baggage and the stigma that comes from impending civil lawsuits.
The Eagles would be getting an upgrade at quarterback in Watson. As for Hurts, he would be going home to his native Houston to presumably compete for the job with the likes of Davis Mills. Again, this is all contingent on who general manager Nick Caserio hires to replace David Culley as head coach. If it is a Bill Belichick or a Nick Saban disciple, Hurts to Houston may not be all that crazy.
On paper, this quarterback swap with picks makes sense, but legally, this is way too complicated.
