13. Goran Dragic — Toronto Raptors

Goran Dragic is in a very similar situation as Thad Young. He played the first few games of the season with the Toronto Raptors, but they decided they wanted to move forward with a younger rotation. Unlike Young, Dragic left the Raptors for personal reasons. He was seen at the Miami Heat training facility, his former team, training for his return to basketball.

Dragic is something that can be had for a pretty small price, and he can still help a team in the right situation. He averaged 13 points in just 26 minutes last year, and he averaged 16 points two years ago. He’s a bench player at this point in his career, but he’s a quality bench player at that.

Dragic could literally go anywhere. Every team could use a quality point guard or other guard coming off the bench. Dragic would be great as a starter fill-in or the last guy on the bench of a team like the Brooklyn Nets.

Dragic needs to prove he can make a comeback. If those workouts can get a team on board with him, the Raptors would trade him for basically anything. If he doesn’t get traded, he’s probably going on the buyout market. Teams know that, but if they really think that Dragic is going to make their team better, do they want to compete with the rest of the contenders to get Dragic’s services? There is a trade to be made out there.
