Josh Allen played quarterback at this college before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills.

The Buffalo Bills are coming off a perfect offensive performance in the Wild Card Round, thanks in part to the play of quarterback Josh Allen. Now, Allen looks to bring the Bills to the AFC Championship Game for the second consecutive season. But to do so, they will have to get past the team that eliminated them last season — the Kansas City Chiefs.

With the Bills and Chiefs slated as the main event of Divisional Round weekend, all eyes are going to be on Allen. But for those casual viewers wondering which college program he played for, we have you covered.

Where did Josh Allen go to college?

Allen attended Wyoming University and played for the Cowboys football program. He was a three-star recruit out of Reedley, Cali. and committed to the university in 2014.

In his three seasons at Wyoming, Allen compiled 5,066 passing yards, 44 passing touchdowns and 21 interceptions on a 56.2 completion percentage. As a runner, Allen recorded 767 yards and 12 touchdowns on 237 carries.

Allen declared for the 2018 NFL Draft and he received a ton of buzz throughout the process. He was part of the quarterback class consisting of Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen. Allen was the third quarterback taken off the board in the first-round, as the Bills traded up to the seventh-overall pick to select him.

Nearly four years later, Allen is now in a position to help lead the Bills closer to their first Super Bowl appearance since the 1993 season.
