player. 54. . Edge/Linebacker. Philadelphia Eagles. David Ojabo. 15

Thanks to a bunch of trades they made, the Philadelphia Eagles will have three first-round picks in 2022, a rarity when it comes to the NFL Draft. Also, they are fresh off making the playoffs this past season, so you have to like the direction this franchise is headed.

Starting their three-pick first round is selection No. 15, and with it, they improve along the defensive line with Michigan’s David Ojabo. This kid is going to be an elite edge rusher at the next level, while also being able to help the Eagles in another weak area, linebacker.

54. . Cornerback. Philadelphia Eagles. Andrew Booth Jr.. 16. player

Incredibly, with the way the chips fell this season, the Eagles will pick back-to-back in late April, as they also hold the No. 16 overall pick. With this selection, they continue to address their issues on the defensive side of the ball, but this time, they turn their attention to the secondary.

The selection here at No. 16 is Clemson cornerback Andrew Booth Jr., who is projected as a top-10 pick in some of the recent mock drafts we have seen. The Eagles have a real issue in their secondary, and in Booth, they get a guy who could come in and be a shutdown corner at the next level on Day 1.

player. 13. . Offensive Lineman. Los Angeles Chargers. Kenyon Green. 17

When it comes to the Los Angeles Chargers, the hopes and dreams of the franchise revolve around No. 10, Justin Herbert. A star since coming to the franchise out of Oregon, Herbert has become one of the top-5 signal-callers in the game and should have a long career ahead of him in Los Angeles.

In order for Herbert to continue in his development, the Chargers need to continue to add talent in front of him along the offensive line, and they do that here at pick No. 17. The selection is Kenyon Green, a versatile offensive lineman that could play inside or out for this Chargers team in 2022.

15. . Quarterback. New Orleans Saints. Malik Willis. 18. player

The New Orleans Saints were shocked by the fact that head coach Sean Payton decided to step away from football for at least the 2022 NFL season. That leaves them with a gaping hole at head coach because not was Payton elite at his job, but he also was a legend in the Bayou after leading the Saints to a title.

New Orleans also has an issue when it comes to the quarterback spot, so it would not be surprising if they decided to select one with the No. 18 overall pick. Down in Mobile, Alabama at the Senior Bowl, Malik Willis is turning heads with his accuracy and could be the quarterback with the highest ceiling in this draft class.
