Adonai Mitchell perhaps has the biggest room for growth in this offense

Though McConkey will certainly get more touches next year, no player may see a great volume of balls thrown his way than wide receiver Adonai Mitchell. As a freshman last year, Mitchell had 29 catches for 426 yards and four touchdowns in 12 games. With George Pickens entering the NFL Draft and Jermaine Burton joining Alabama in the transfer portal, Mitchell becomes the new No. 1.

The good news for Mitchell is he has other players on this offense to back him up if he is taken out of the equation in a game by an elite cover corner. However, if Georgia wants to repeat as national champions, he has to emerge as their go-to threat outside the numbers. Staying healthy will be key for him, but Mitchell could be an All-SEC receiver by the end of a stellar sophomore campaign.

With a lot of moving pieces in the Georgia receiving corps, it is time for Mitchell to take advantage.

RB. Kenny McIntosh. 3. player. 814. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Georgia Bulldogs

Kenny McIntosh must step up as a leader in this revamped rushing attack

Kenny McIntosh’s inclusion might be a tad controversial. However, he might assume that James Cook role in the Georgia offense while Kendall Milton takes on the Zamir White role for the Dawgs. Expect for Daijun Edwards and newcomer Branson Robinson to get plenty of touches as well next fall. Ultimately, they are all going to have to work together to help offset losing Cook and White.

McIntosh may not be as punishing of a runner as Milton, but he was the healthier player of the two last year. Milton has all the talent in the world, but he needs to appear in more than seven games in his junior season. Again, this is all about filling a leadership void. With McIntosh being the elder statesman of the Georgia running back room, his role with this team cannot be overstated.

How McIntosh embraces leading this rushing attack will help Georgia be a well-balanced offense.
