NFL free agency 2022: Best quarterbacks available

3. Teddy Bridgewater
Teddy Bridgewater spent 2021 with the Denver Broncos, also signing a one-year deal with the team. During training camp, Bridgewater, as expected, won the starting job over the struggling Drew Lock.
Bridgewater ended up starting 14 games for Denver, but no one will forget about his incredibly scary head injury suffered in Week 15 against the Bengals. Bridgewater was diagnosed with a concussion and wasn’t able to suit up again on the year.
Now, he’s about to enter free agency and see which team will bring him in to compete for the No. 1 spot. Bridgewater could return to Denver, but things with the Broncos are very much unknown. The Rodgers-to-Denver rumors continues, but we could see Rodgers retire or stay in Green Bay.
Regardless of that, Bridgewater, 29, will be ready to see who comes calling starting in March. Bridgewater has been linked with the Broncos, Buccaneers and Saints in the latest NFL rumors. We’ll see how things turn out.
