Watch Sidney Crosby stick it to Flyers yet again with 500th career goal

Sidney Crosby scored his 500th career goal on Tuesday night against the rival Philadelphia Flyers.
Back on Feb. 9, Pittsburgh Penguins star Sidney Crosby scored the 499th goal of his NHL career. Crosby may have gone points-less in the team’s following two games against the Ottawa Senators and New Jersey Devils, but he finally got No. 500 at the expense of a division rival.
With the Penguins tied 1-1 with the Philadelphia Flyers at the end of the first period of Tuesday’s game, Crosby took a pass from Evgeni Malkin and put it past goalie Carter Hart for the 500th goal of his career.

Crosby is now tied with Lanny McDonald for 45th on the all-time goals scored list.
When it comes to playing the Flyers, Crosby is always at his best. Prior to Tuesday night’s game, the Penguins star had score 49 goals against the Flyers. Not only was this his 500th career goal, but it was also his 50th against Philadelphia!
Entering Tuesday night, Crosby recorded 13 goals and 31 assists in 37 games this season.
In the 17th season of his career, Crosby is now in the 500-goal club.
