Is Chick-fil-A open President’s Day?

Is Chick-fil-A open for President’s Day?
Chick-fil-A is known for its delicious chicken sandwiches and never being open on Sunday. The nationwide chicken restaurant has a dedicated fanbase, who show up to eat whenever they feel the call to do so. They rarely take days off, besides Sundays, and when they do, it’s often due to a national holiday. So will they be open on President’s Day?
You may be confused why they would be closed on President’s Day? It’s not like Christmas, right? Well, you’re correct about that. President’s Day isn’t a national holiday like Christmas, but it is a federal holiday that goes back to 1885 when it was created to honor Geroge Washington, the first man to ever hold the position of President in the United States.
Since then the holiday has expanded and now includes every president of the United States and serves as an opportunity to gush about all the things they’ve done when they were elected. Due to that, we now celebrate the holiday, which this year falls on Monday, Feb. 21.
Yet, will you have it off? No, it’s mostly a holiday that affects banks and government operations. Public schools will be closed, as will city hall, the post office, courts, etc. So if you thought that because of all those places being closed, maybe Chick-fil-A will be closed as well, no one would blame you.
Luckily for you, the chain won’t be closed on President’s Day.
What are Chick-Fil-A’s hours on President’s Day?
Thankfully, not only will Chick-Fil-A not be closed on President’s Day, but they’ll be observing regular hours of operation as well. While that can always change from store to store, that’s the rule of thumb for Monday.
If you are unsure however if your version will be open or not, you can always go online and check the status of the store, or call in and talk to someone working that day.
