4. Drake London

Landing London would be the best-case outcome for the Browns on draft day. The problem with this plan is that the big-bodied wideout probably won’t be available to Cleveland unless they move up a couple of spots in Round 1.

London should appeal so strongly to the higher-ups in Cleveland because of his exceptionally large catch radius. He can turn errant Mayfield throws into completions with his ability to pluck the ball out of the air with his long arms.

The former USC standout also shows surprising explosion with the ball in his hands. He’s capable of turning short and intermediate throws into long gains. Taking pressure off Mayfield with his run after the catch chops would be another benefit for the Browns’ offense.

The only slight negative to London’s game is his inability to create tons of separation at the top of his routes. He more than makes up for that deficiency with his length and competitiveness to win the ball. If he’s still on the board when the Browns go on the clock in Round 1 they will run to the podium to acquire his rights.
