Updated NFL Draft order after Packers trade Davante Adams to Raiders
The Raiders sent the Packers multiple draft picks in the Davante Adams trade so we’re taking a look at the updated 2022 NFL Draft order after the trade.
Once Aaron Rodgers elected to return to the Green Bay Packers rather than demand a trade or retire, the big question then became what would become of Davante Adams. That question was answered on Thursday as March Madness got a big-time visit from the NFL in the way of a blockbuster trade.
The Packers traded Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday in exchange for a 2022 first-round and second-round pick while also signing the wide receiver — who Green Bay had placed the franchise tag on — to a record-setting new contract.
Obviously, Adams being on the move is shaking up the league as a whole — but the 2022 NFL Draft order has also gotten quite a facelift as well.

The Packers now have six picks in the first 64 selections of the 2022 NFL Draft. The one big question, of course, is how they’ll replace Davante Adams with those selections.
With that said, if there is a silver lining for fans in Green Bay, it’s the fact that the front office might actually have their hand forced to use a premium draft pick on a wide receiver now. So at least there’s that.
