The KO Show with Kevin Owens and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin
Kevin Owens has been targeting the state of Texas with WrestleMania approaching. After losing a Raw Tag Team Championship match in March, Owens decided that he was going to make a moment at WrestleMania, as he called out WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin to appear on his talk show, the KO Show.
Austin announced in a video promo that he would be appearing at WrestleMania and said he has “one more ass kicking left” in him.
Owens has been building the feud on his own, from bad-mouthing Austin, dressing up as Austin and hitting the Stunner on ringside attendants.
On Saturday, Owens and Austin will be in the ring at the same time, and exchange some verbal jabs at each other. Austin has not had a match since WrestleMania 19 in 2003. A match will not happen against Owens, but the two will engage in a lengthy brawl. Austin will stand tall after hitting the Stone Cold Stunner on Owens.
SmackDown Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Ronda Rousey
SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair announced that she would be participating in the Women’s Royal Rumble match, for the purpose of winning and choosing her opponent at WrestleMania. Flair did not have that opportunity, as she was last eliminated by the returning Ronda Rousey.
In the buildup, Flair has claimed that she has never tapped out in her career. Rousey teased that she can do so with her patented arm bar or an ankle lock.
With Rousey back in a WWE ring, it is hard to see her returning to lose at WrestleMania. Rousey will make Flair tap out to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship match for the first time.
Winner: Ronda Rousey
