The Kansas Jayhawks are moving on to the National Championship Game after besting the Villanova Wildcats in the Final Four. Here’s how the media reacted.

A No. 1 seed has won each of the last four NCAA Tournaments. Kansas will have the chance to keep that streak alive.

It was a dominant showing from Kansas that will put their next opponent on notice. College basketball media members were impressed.

David McCormack and Ochai Agbaji were unstoppable for the Jayhawks. McCormack led all scorers with 25 points while going 10-of-12 from the yield. He had nine rebounds to go along with that.

Agbaji had a ridiculous shooting night from distance. The Wooden Award finalist put up 21 points while making 6-of-7 three-point attempts.

The rest of the team supported those two perfectly with Jalen Wilson grabbing 12 rebounds and dishing five assists. Christian Braun also dropped five dimes.

Villanova was led by Collin Gillespie, who had 17 points while hitting 5-of-8 triples.

Together, the Jayhawks and Wildcats hit 26 three-pointers, setting a new record for the most in a Final Four game ever.

Kansas can spend the night celebrating their big victory but they’ll have soon have to turn their sights on the national title game against the winner of the game between Duke and UNC.
