Given that WrestleMania 38 is upon us, here are the cities that hosted WWE’s huge event the most.

The 38th edition of WrestleMania is finally here. AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, will host WWE’s gigantic annual event on Saturday, Apr. 2 and Sunday, Apr. 3.

This year, WWE’s big show will feature some big matches including Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship, and Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns for a Winner Take All Championship Unification match.

Given that WrestleMania has taken place on an annual basis since 1985, there have been some cities that have held it on multiple occasions. But which cities have hosted WWE’s huge show the most times?

Which city has hosted WWE WrestleMania the most times?

There have been four cities that are tied for hosting WrestleMania the most times with three. The cities are listed below, with the number edition of the shows they hosted:

  • New York City (1, 10, 20)
  • Los Angeles, Calif. (2, 7, 21)
  • Orlando, Fla. (24, 33, 36)
  • Rosemont, Ill. (2, 13, 22)

New York City holds the distinction of hosting the first ever WrestleMania, which was main-evented by Hulk Hogan and Mr. T defeating “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “Mr. Wonderful” Paul Orndoff in a tag team match. They also hosted WrestleMania’s 10 and 20.

Orlando has hosted their three WrestleMania’s very recently. Their first show as WrestleMania 24 in 2008, 33 in 2017 and 36 in 2020. It is important to note, however, 36 was originally supposed to take place in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla., but WWE moved the show to their Performance Center in Orlando due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

So there you have it, four cities have hosted the “Showcase of the Immortals” the most with three.
