After a months-long lockout, the 2022 MLB season is scheduled to take place for a full 162 games.

Opening Day takes place on Thursday, Apr. 7, with the very first game being the Boston Red Sox taking on the New York Yankees at 1:05 p.m. ET. There will be a total of nine games taking place on that day, including Milwaukee Brewers vs. Chicago Cubs, New York Mets vs. Washington Nationals and Cincinnati Reds vs. Atlanta Braves.

How to watch MLB on Apple TV

First, launch the MLB application on your Apple TV device. From there, hit the log in display screen and you can log into your MLB.TV account with your email address and password. When doing so, you will be returned to the home screen, where you can select which game you want to watch on which broadcast feed.
