26. player. 35. . Linebacker. Tennessee Titans. Devin Lloyd

The Tennessee Titans have become a mainstay in the NFL Playoffs, and have to build up a roster that should once again compete to win the AFC South this season. The South should be a lot better, as some key players have joined, including a new quarterback in Indianapolis, but the Titans should remain the favorite going forward.

Picking at No. 26 overall, Tennessee continues to add to their revamped defense, bringing in the best linebacker in this class is Devin Lloyd. Watching Lloyd play is a treat, as he can play sideline to sideline, and brings the hammer when tackling.

player. 48. . Safety. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jaquan Brisker. 27

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got the best news possible a few weeks back, as Tom Brady backtracked on his retirement, and decided for another go-around with the team. That instantly makes them Super Bowl contenders next season, and now they have to focus on fixing some of the key issues on their defense.

New head coach Todd Bowles is a defensive-minded guy, so it would not be surprising if the team went defense with his first-round pick. I like them to go safety here at No. 27 overall, adding Jaquan Brisker from Penn State, who would start from Day 1 in this secondary.

49. . Defensive Lineman. Green Bay Packers. Devonte Wyatt. 28. player

With their second first-round pick in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers decide to go defense in our mock. This team needs help up front along the defensive line, as they were pushed around in the playoffs, and lost some key bodies due to free agency.

The pick here at No. 28 overall is Devonte Wyatt from Georgia, who I believe could end up being the best defensive tackle in this draft class. Wyatt plays with a high motor, can be disruptive in the backfield, and is as solid against the run as it comes in this draft class.
