Mookie Betts took time out of his busy schedule to respond to Red Sox haters and his responses were on the money.

The 2022 campaign hasn’t gone according to plan thus far early on for Los Angeles Dodgers star Mookie Betts, but that’s not going to drop his confidence at all. Betts knows he’s still a superstar in this league and he’ll get into a rhythm sooner than later.

On social media, Betts hasn’t slipped up at all, as his game remains on point. Some Red Sox haters decided to troll Betts earlier this week, and the right fielder wasn’t going to let them get away with it.

Mookie Betts responded to Boston fans trolling him left and right

Betts indeed is struggling, as he’s hitting a lowly .226 with no homers and three RBI this month. Still, Betts is too good to keep this slump going. People in Boston have claimed that he’s finished and he’s not even close to the level he was at when he was still in the AL East.

Betts has seen the hate come his way and he’s not letting anything bother him. Instead, Betts is responding to people calling him out in a playful manner.

Back in February of 2020, Betts was traded by Boston to Los Angeles, where he has since helped the team win a World Series. Red Sox fans were hoping that Betts would sign a long-term extension with the team, but they couldn’t get on the same page.

It opened the door for the Dodgers to trade for him, and the rest is history. Boston fans have continuously thrown him some jabs on social media ever since, but as we’ve seen, Betts isn’t going to let that have an impact on his game. He’ll always silence that outside noise.
