Arkansas freshman golfer John Daly II and his namesake, major-winning father have landed an incredible NIL deal with Hooters.
NIL was built for this, as Arkansas freshman golfer John Daly II, and his father John Daly, are partnering up with Hooters.
The elder Daly first became a living legend on the links when he played his college golf at Arkansas. He would not only change the game of golf with his one-of-a-kind personality but won two major championships in the 1990s. There is and never will be another John Daly. With an impossible time of living up to his father, Daly II is teeing up with Hooters in an amazing NIL deal.
When people say a picture is worth a thousand words, this is what they are talking about.

“I have seen my father’s great relationship with Hooters over the years, and I am proud to continue my family’s association with this iconic brand,” said Daly II in the greatest quote of all time.

We have not seen a full-grown man rock a pair of orange slacks this magnificently since Derek Dooley was losing football games roaming the sidelines up in Rocky Top.

John Daly II inks an incredible NIL deal with Hooters alongside his father
It was sweet to see Daly II begin his college career at his father’s alma mater, but who knew that was only the beginning? For The Dalys to partner up with Hooters to promote the brand and the finest of restaurant establishments, it is going to be awfully hard for someone to top this one-of-a-kind NIL deal. Arkansas may bleed red, but the Dalys will rock Hooters orange to see the green.
To find the right sponsorship for Daly II was going to be difficult. He is too young to be crushing balls off a Bud-heavy tall boy tee deep into the spring sky and then ripping a lung dart to celebrate the drive afterward. From wings to burgers to other things, Hooters is and always will be an iconic chain for those who venture through their double doors. This is elite brand awareness, y’all.
Next time you see Daly tear into a wing after draining a birdie putt, your life will never be the same.
