Not only did Lindor record the game-winning hit, but also the game-tying hit in the bottom of the fifth inning. After Jeff McNeil knocked in two runs on a double to right field to cut the team’s deficit to 4-3, Lindor stepped up to the batter’s box and hit a double of his own allowing McNeil to score to tie things up.
However, it was not all heroics for Lindor. In the top of the 10th inning with the bases loaded and two outs, Lindor fielded a ground ball by Thairo Estrada and thew it to first base, which went a bit far. But, Pete Alonso outstretched to catch the ball and kept his foot on the bag to secure the final out of the frame.

Then in the bottom of the inning, Lindor notched the game-winning hit. What a way to start a Tuesday doubleheader.
