The Dallas Mavericks look to extend their first-round series lead over the Utah Jazz to 3-1 with a Game 4 win on Saturday, Apr. 23.
No Luka Doncic, no problem for the Dallas Mavericks. Without their star player available due to a calf injury, the initial thought as that Dallas would struggle against the Utah Jazz in their first-round series. Yet, the opposite has happened.
The Jazz took Game 1 with a 99-93 victory, but the Mavericks bounced back to take the next two games in the series, thanks in part to huge performances by Jalen Brunson.
Now, Dallas looks to take yet another game in Utah to bring them one step closer to advancing to the second-round of the playoffs for the first time since 2011, the year the team won the NBA championship.
