4. New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone

There has to be no harder job in the baseball world than being the leader of the New York Yankees. Fans in the Bronx are known as uber-aggressive and passionate people who will settle for nothing less than World Series rings and the biggest faces the game has to offer suiting up for their team.

Aaron Boone, 49, has been the lucky guy tasked with taking this team all the way since he was brought aboard in 2018. Under Boone, the Yanks have gone 335-224, good for a .599 win percentage.

The biggest issue for this club is advancing deep into the playoffs. This culture in New York is wild enough to fire a manager for not winning championships, regardless of the regular-season success. Boone has compiled just an 11-11 record in the postseason as a manager, clinching a berth in the playoffs each season so far.

So far this season, the Yankees own an 8-6 record, off to a good start. From top to bottom the club is absolutely stacked with talent both on the offensive side of things and their pitching staff. With a team consisting of Aaron Judge, Gerrit Cole, Anthony Rizzo and Giancarlo Stanton, anything less than a World Series championship is likely a bust, signaling the end for Aaron Boone in pinstripes.
