With the team trailing the Toronto Raptors late in Game 5, Philadelphia 76ers fans filed for the exits.

Once Joel Embiid hit a Game 3-winning three-pointer against the Toronto Raptors, it looked as though the Philadelphia 76ers were headed for a sweep. That did not happen, as they lost Game 4 on Apr. 23, forcing the series to return to Philadelphia for Game 5. This was the chance for the 76ers to end the series and advance to the next round.

Instead, the Sixers found themselves down big to the Raptors late in the fourth quarter. With a win looking out of reach, Philadelphia fans in attendance headed for the exits.

For those wondering what the final score was, Toronto won 103-88 to take Game 5 and send the series back to Toronto.

The 76ers never had a commanding lead in this game. In fact, the largest lead they had all night was just two points. Meanwhile, Toronto had a lead as large as 19 points.

The Raptors made the most of their shot attempts, as they made 42-of-82 to have a team field goal percentage of 51.2. Meanwhile the 76ers shot 38.3-percent from the field (31-for-81).

Embiid, who was revealed to have a torn ligament in his right thumb that will require surgery at the end of the team’s playoff run, led the team with 20 points scored (7-for-15 from field). He grabbed 11 rebounds for the double-double.

Meanwhile, Pascal Siakam secured a double-double of his own after recording 23 points (10-for-17 from field) and 10 rebounds. Precious Achiuwa scored 17 points off the bench (7-for-11 from field).

Game 6 will take place on Thursday, Apr. 28 at 7:00 p.m. ET.
