Sauce Gardner’s jewelry game is so strong he should be the No. 1 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Even if Cincinnati Bearcats star defensive back Sauce Gardner is not the first player off the board in the 2022 NFL Draft, his jewelry game would beg to differ.

In addition to his diamond necklace that is quite literally dripping sauce, Gardner has really kicked it up a notch with this new addition. He is also rocking a diamond-encrusted bottle of sauce. Is it barbecue, ketchup or something more of the special variety? Either way, there will be no trade value for either item on the open market should he sell them. Those are getting smelted down!

May these chains blind the Jacksonville Jaguars into getting the best cornerback in the draft No. 1.

Though Jacksonville has done dumber things before, the Jaguars’ front office is likely targeting either a defensive end or an offensive tackle at No. 1. While Gardner will in all likelihood be the first cornerback taken this spring, he is probably not coming off the board until when the New York Jets are picking at No. 4. Frankly, there is a 40 percent chance he ends up playing his ball in New Jersey.

With the Jets and the New York Giants each having a pair of top-10 picks, Sauce is no doubt about to be a Jersey boy. In the Land of the Boss, they will now have some Sauce. Other NFL franchises potentially in the mix to draft him are the Detroit Lions (No. 2), the Houston Texans (No. 3), the Carolina Panthers (No. 6), the Atlanta Falcons (No. 8) and the Seattle Seahawks (No. 9) this year.

Ultimately, Gardner carries with him great expectations into the NFL. He may have played at the Group of Five level for Luke Fickell, but the Bearcats were not just any Group of Five team. They became the first non-Power Five team to reach the College Football Playoff. While Gardner is no longer part of the program, the Bearcats are in great shape and will be in the Big 12 in no time.

Should Gardner shockingly go No. 1, the Jaguars would be getting a mulligan with Jalen Ramsey.
